Esther Rupp started her career and qualified as a tax consultant and auditor at a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm.

She then worked as a tax consultant and auditor at Treuhand Revisionsgesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt am Main.

Here she took over the management and branch management in 2014.

Before joining LPA, she worked as a tax consultant and auditor in a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting company.

Esther Rupp is also a certified expert in non-profit law. She studied business administration with a focus on auditing, corporate taxation and development policy at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English.
