Sebastian Bock advises national and international clients in the area of Banking & Finance. His focus is on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex financing transactions. This includes, in particular, acquisition financings, syndicated corporate loans, real estate and project financings, as well as securitization transactions. He also supports his clients with regulatory matters and in restructuring and distressed situations. He is a partner in the Frankfurt office of LPA.

Sebastian Bock studied law at the universities of Würzburg and Padua. He completed his legal clerkship in Würzburg, which included a placement at an international law firm in New York. Before joining LPA, he was a long-standing partner at a major German law firm in Munich and Frankfurt.

Sebastian Bock has been a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management for many years. He also gives presentations and seminars for Forum and the German Equity Institute (Deutsches Aktieninstitut). In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
