Going forward, LPA-GGV will operate solely under the name LPA – a clear step toward strengthening our international presence and refining our brand strategy.
The merger with LPA (formerly LPA-CGR), headquartered in Paris for the past 12 years, has proven to be a complete success story for everyone involved. For over 12 years, the offices in Germany, France, and internationally have been working closely together on a day-to-day basis, as demonstrated by an impressive track record of joint mandates.
To make this successful cooperation visible externally, the previous national suffixes “CGR” (Paris) and “GGV” (Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich) are no longer used.
In doing so, LPA is also taking an important step in its brand evolution: going forward, we will present ourselves internationally under the unified name “LPA.” This name consolidation reinforces our international unity and sends a clear message about our cross-border collaboration.
Dr. Kay Jess, Managing Partner in Hamburg and Frankfurt, emphasizes, “This renaming is more than just a new label – it represents our clear commitment to international cooperation and shared excellence.”
Oliver Kirfel (LL.M.), Partner in Munich, adds, “By adopting a unified international name, we are externally reflecting what we have been living internally every day, while sharpening our collective profile.”
We look forward to continuing this journey with our clients and partners – now under the unified brand LPA.
